We "get" New Media and will take good care of you and
the branding layout and transcription work on your content
as if it were our own!
We ask that new customers please use our custom quote
form so that we may give you an honest, accurate price and
project turnaround quote so there are no surprises. Please be honest about your project needs upfront, and we'll do the same.
We price per minute of your actual content, so if you supply a 35 minute recording, it will be based on 35 minutes--no hourly charges or per page charges that leave you worrying about the final bill. Per minute charges start as low as $2.00 for audio, and $3.00 for video, and are impacted by factors such as rush turnarounds beyond our usual fast timing, more than two speakers, speakers who may be more challenging to understand, or poor quality audio or video. In addition, requests for work that goes beyond the scope of our standard transcription and layout (e.g. tables, product pages, e-book formatting) are always welcome, and will be quoted separately. Please note that we do have a $20 minimum charge regardless of actual length of your recording.
There's just a one time charge of $50 for the
branding layout of your transcript (we
incorporate your podcast album art, logo or
royalty-free stock photo), and then we use it
for each of your transcription projects. MInor corrections/tweaks are included.
While we strive to provide error-free transcripts any corrections that are our error, will be cheerfully corrected, pronto. If you would like tweaks to your content, we will also gladly include minor changes at no additional charge. Of course, basic editing for grammar, spelling and content are always part of the transcript service we provide to help you show off your work at its very best!

We will ask new customers for a deposit equal to one-half the quoted amount upfront. Repeat customers will be invoiced upon project completion. We accept all major credit cards.
